Legal information
Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use the Ortheon Clinic website.
ORTHEON
CLINIC
Data processed
Online appointments are booked through Doctoranytime, whose calendar appears on the Clinic & contact page when you ask for it. The details you enter to book (identity, contact details, reason and time) are processed by Doctoranytime under its own privacy policy and passed to the clinic so it can arrange your appointment. If you contact the clinic by telephone or email, it processes what you send in order to reply. The hosting provider may process technical data required for the security and operation of the site.
Purpose and retention
Details received for an appointment are used only to arrange it and to reply to you. They are retained only for as long as needed to manage the appointment and meet the clinic’s applicable administrative or legal obligations.
Audience measurement
With your agreement, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and record which pages are opened and for how long. It is never used for advertising, and nothing you enter in the booking calendar is sent to it. Without your agreement it does not load at all.
You can give or withdraw that agreement at any time, and the cookie policy explains exactly what is set and lets you change your choice on the spot.
Health data
Do not send health data through a channel that has not been agreed. Contact the clinic first so that an appropriate transfer method can be arranged.
Your rights
For questions about your personal data, or to exercise rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, contact the clinic at contact@ortheon-clinic.com.
